Why is my game not running on Steam?
So I played the game for awhile, but when I exited the game, I couldn’t shut down steam because it said the game was running. The game didn’t show up in task manager, so I forced steam to close through task manager. Then I restarted steam, and now the same thing is happening. It says the game is running, when it is clearly not.

What is worse: Even forcing Steam to close via task manager and starting it up again did not fix the issue. Without the thread here, I’d probably have given up and logged off and in again on Windows.
