My machine is Rheem MPi-325 Intergrated heat pump,Energy efficient water heater, Installed in May 2012, and now no hot water,The mode are green light not on, the red light is on. and I have taken the front cover off located the control box but it does not have a reset button on the bottom left side as shown in the manual I found on the internet.
