How long does it take Moen to send out replacement parts?

I contacted Moen and they were very good about sending out replacement parts. The only problem is they do not ship overnight and consequently each time a part was sent out it took 1.5 to 2 weeks to arrive. Each time a part came it didn’t rectify the problem and after calling Moen they would send out another part.
