Reinstall Flush Rod and handle linkage. Inadequate water pressure, an improperly adjusted Flush Valve Cartridge, a clogged inlet screen, or insufficient air draw may cause a weak, sluggish, or no flush condition. Make sure that the water supply valve is fully open.
