Rinnai couldn’t do enough for me. Apparently there is a common problem with our model heater and Rinnai have a repair kit that needs to be installed to rectify this problem. This kit comes from Japan and the heater needs to be pulled out and taken away by the “repairer” and this will take several days all up.
Is there an error code 11 or 12 on Rinnai?
Ever since it continues to go out and displays Error Codes 11 or 12 (mostly 12). I have had the Rinnai Technician in and for a short time it works perfectly – maybe for 2 weeks maximum then it starts to go out all over again. Any ideas? We have the same heater as you.
