Is the Rinnai flame fire Royal FS35 working?
I have a Rinnai flame fire freestanding royal fs35, was working ok, now I light it , after a little while it just drops out , then it just wont relight , the pilot lights up ok but the main flame wont take ahold ??? Since the day our Rinnai Royale Freestanding Heater was installed we have had that problem plus many others (mainly faults 11 and 12).

Note: When first lighting the heater, the logs need to be burnt in, which may take approximately 2 hours. The flame colour may change after the initial burning in period.

My Rinnai is an inbuilt one and has the same problem stated many many times over in countless forums Rinnai don’t stand behind their product in that they will not recall this very obvious faulty item.
