Is the Rinnai Energy Saver 1001ft heater working?

I have a rinnai energy saver 1001ft heater that keeps cutting out, filters are clean. It’s like the electricity works for a minute but the gas is not coming through then turns of. After about 20 attempts it will start working and then seems to run ok most of the time.
