Warranty is terrible! The Rheem tankless water heater immediatly leaked when installed. We opened it and discovered there was a clip missing from the factory for one of the lines. I called Rheem and they demand you send pictures of your entire installation trying to shift the blame.

Tech support voided the warranty on a technicality over the venting material when the venting wasn’t what failed or caused the unit to fail. Would have been 5 stars because it worked fabulously for 2 years. Moving on the Rinnai and won’t be back to Rheem.
