How do you remove the weight from a hose?
Push up on the clip to snap the hinge and then slide the weight to the ideal location. If you have a model with screws, use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen (not remove!) the screws just enough to let you slide the weight.
Where should a hose weight be installed?
The correct location for the weight is between the spray head and the lowest point of the spray hose. Install the weight a few inches above the lowest point of the spray hose. Once the weight is in the correct position on the spray hose, use a screwdriver to tighten the two pieces of the weight together.
